We want you to be delighted with your new pair of nackt trainers, which is why we offer a 30 day return window.

If your shoes don’t fit or you’re not happy with them for any other reason, please use the portal below to arrange a return or exchange. We do not charge any admin or restocking fee, but we do ask customers to cover return delivery using our portal. If the product is faulty, we will provide a free returns label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
